RETURNED ITEMS:

Any returned items in our possession for 60 days, with failure to receive a response or payment for reshipping, will be either donated or restocked, and the buyer will assume the loss.

The material on this shirt is super nice and the design turned out lovely. I ended up having some issues with shipping because for two weeks it looked like USPS had not received the package. Michael was very helpful and offered a few resolutions to what was a lost package by USPS. We had decided on a replacement shirt but suddenly (3 weeks later) the tracking re-emerged and the shirt arrived. He was extremely prompt responding to my questions (when I admittedly was slow to respond on my side) and a pleasure to work with.
